Integrative Therapeutic Appointments with Neil Christey
Supported, Therapeutic-Informed Sessions for Emotional Regulation and Integration
Not all work requires a long-term mentoring container.
Sometimes what is needed is a contained, therapeutic space to address emotional patterns, internal conflict, or periods of transition with care and discernment.
These one-to-one appointments offer an integrative approach, combining nervous-system-informed work with reflective and symbolic processes. They are designed to support regulation, insight, and internal coherence — without performance, pressure, or spiritual bypassing.
This work is for those looking less for developmental coaching and more for care that is stabilising, integrative, and clinically aware.
Clinical Orientation of the Work
These sessions are held within a psychologically informed framework, prioritising:
-
Emotional regulation
-
Nervous system safety
-
Internal coherence
-
Integration of insight into daily functioning
Sound, symbolism, and spiritual language are used supportively and selectively, always in service of stability, clarity, and grounded awareness.
This is not experiential spirituality for its own sake.
It is integrative inner work, paced carefully and responsibly.
What You Can Expect
Sessions are tailored to your needs and capacity. No single approach is applied automatically; methods are introduced where they are clinically appropriate and supportive.
Appointments may include:
-
Emotional Reset & Pattern Reorganisation
A focused approach to emotional regulation and the gentle reorganisation of unhelpful emotional and behavioural patterns held within the nervous system.
(Informed by Integral Eye Movement Therapy principles.) -

Is this therapy or counselling?
These sessions are therapy-adjacent and integrative, but they are not a replacement for psychotherapy, counselling, or psychiatric treatment.
The work supports emotional regulation, insight, and integration using psychologically informed and spiritually grounded approaches. It does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental illness.
Do I need prior experience with inner work or spirituality?
No prior experience is required.
Sessions are paced carefully and adapted to your capacity. You are never asked to “go somewhere” you are not ready for, emotionally or psychologically.
Is this suitable if I’m already working with a therapist or counsellor?
Yes, often this work can complement existing therapeutic support.
If you are currently working with a mental health professional, it’s recommended that you let them know you are engaging in integrative or spiritually informed work alongside your therapy.
Can these sessions help with trauma?
This work is trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed, focusing on regulation and safety.
However, it is not trauma treatment or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing acute trauma symptoms, dissociation, or emotional instability, specialised trauma therapy or clinical support may be more appropriate.
Will regression or spiritual material be used in every session?
No.
All approaches are introduced only when appropriate and with your consent. Symbolic, regression, or spiritually framed work is always held within a stabilising and integrative therapeutic context.
Are oracle or tarot readings predictive?
No.
Oracle and tarot are used solely as reflective and symbolic tools to support insight, perspective, and therapeutic dialogue. They are not used for prediction, fortune-telling, or decision-making on your behalf.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people benefit from a single session.
Most approaches are recommended as a minimum of three sessions to allow for safety, depth, and integration.
This recommendation is collaborative and never pressured.
What if something feels too much during a session?
You remain in control at all times.
Sessions are consent-based and paced carefully. You can pause, slow down, or redirect the work at any point. Emotional safety and regulation are always prioritised.

Unlocking Healing through Hypnotherapy: Your Path to Recovery
My personal experience and training in clinical hypnotherapy have equipped me with the tools and knowledge to guide clients through their unique healing journeys. I understand the complexity of trauma, anxiety and the quest for self-discovery. I am committed to helping individuals find their own path to freedom and personal growth. Together, we can embark on a healing journey that leads to empowerment, resilience, and a brighter future.
Hypnotherapy Success
My first experience of the deep healing that Neil is able to ignite within me was during a sound healing session with him. He emanates an angelic, deep, loving energy which connected to me in a gentle, unobtrusive way. It is his deep level of connection and understanding of me 'as a whole' that led me to ask him to use his skills, as a hypnotherapist, to help me deal with complex historical traumas that are affecting my present.

Neil is a superb listener. However, his “reading” of my past and current needs is incredibly intuitive and goes way beyond what I actually tell him. Using his experience of other healing modalities, such as Inner Child work, he is quickly able to assess where current issues are arising from by listening to the “child voice” that I am using to explain situations.
